Happy Saint Patricks day!  If the Irish Brown Bread recipe didin’t whet your appetite try this delicious Irish stew which I posted back in November.  It was always the dish we traditionally ate on St. Patrick’s Day so try it out and enjoy! Lá Fhéile Pádraig Shona dhuit!

Mmmm…this looks yummy! Every year my mom always makes us an Irish dinner for ST.Patrick’s Day and I always wonder if you all are eating the same thing. Are there any other traditional foods you eat on St.Patricks Day?

Wow! I make this all the time and just call it Blessing Stew because I always make WAYYYYY too much and bless someone else with it too. You’d would think we would have known with a last name like Reilly! LOL We’ve been livin’ the spirit of the thing. 🙂

I love making stews because they are so easy and take no time at all.
